Upon request, Wilson Wellness will provide receipts that include diagnostic codes. These receipts may be submitted by patients to Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), or other healthcare reimbursement programs. Patients may also submit these receipts directly to their insurance providers to determine what coverage, if any, is available under their individual plans. (This is for the US)

  Wilson Wellness in Ontario can provide receipts that patients can submit to their insurance plan. Patients are responsible for full payment at the time of service. The patient is responsible for all fees above and beyond insurance coverage. (This is for CAD).
