Hi, my name is Patti and I have been going to a chiropractor since 1994 because of neck and spine issues. (I could really tell if I missed a month) I began treatments with Dr Helen in 2017 with great results but I still needed my chiropractic adjustments. Once I began going twice a month (once with Dr Helen, and once with her associate Erin).. it slowly dawned on me that I was no longer needing my chiropractic adjustments !! .. and that's probably been for the last 3 years or so. I've had the good fortune to benefit from the sessions with Helen at Wilson Wellness for some time now. I originally went because of chronic neck pain. Helen has been able to help tremendously with that and other issues as well. I've also met the other staff & practitioners and everybody there is wonderful. Helen is very gifted, and just "knows" what needs attention by touch, along with the many years of studying and practice. The only thing I would change… not procrastinating so long to make my first appointment. Five stars from me all the way.

About 15 years ago, I first saw Helen for neck pain after a fall on the ice. She not only helped reduce the pain but also supported long-term healing. Since then, I’ve continued to see her regularly for TMJ, other concerns as they arise, and overall maintenance. Helen has also been treating my children for several years, and we all genuinely look forward to our visits. We always leave feeling so much better.
